For online orders simply select gift wrap at the checkout and your item will be beautifully displayed in an elegant gift box, perfectly wrapped in stylish silver paper and completed with a pretty ribbon.* When buying online there’s also an option to include your own personal message to add that final special touch. Your words will be italicised and presented on an attractive note card and tucked under the ribbon for your loved one to find.
We can send gifts directly to the recipient on your behalf - simply enter the address for the gift to be sent to.
* All online orders are mailed out in a gift box as standard, with gift wrapping an free optional service.
Royal Mail recorded Delivery Shipping is £3 to UK destinations for all orders.
Next Day Shipping by Royal Mail Special Delivery is £6.
For orders over £50 shipping is free.

Shipping costs £10. For orders over £200, shipping is free.
Shipping (US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand)
Shipping costs £20. For orders over £250, shipping is free.

Store Returns
For items bought in store, we offer a 14 day return policy where we offer a credit note or an alternative purchase. Should you find a product unsuitable then please return it to an Azendi store, complete with receipt and packaging, in a brand new condition and we will happily exchange.
Web Returns
Should you wish to return a purchase, please send an email to returns@azendi.com for a return reference number.

Please include your return reference number. If you decide that you do not wish to keep the product, you have 14 days to return it to us for a full refund. If you are returning the purchase due to a fault or because we have made a mistake, we will refund your postal charges incurred.
This returns policy applies to website purchases only, store returns policies differ. We cannot process website refunds in store, but we can process exchanges.
